Holly, Aaron and David are guestless this week and we three must walk Through the Valley of Shadows on our own! Through the Valley of Shadows is the twelfth episode of Star Trek Discovery we only have two more episodes before season two is over.

Anson Mount shines as Captain Pike in this week as his future is unveiled to him while he trying to find himself a time crystal on the Klingon monastery planet of Boreth. Michael goes of on an adventure with Spock and meets another assimilated section 31 agent who’s not super smart.

Is control the Genesis of the Borg, will the Season 2 of Star Trek Discovery tie into the Calypso Short Trek? Well we’ve got two weeks to find out. Grab your best quartz or time crystal infused spirit it’s time for your weekly shot of Star Trek.

This week there is some light news about the new Picard show, Patrick Stewart has red the script he is said to of enjoyed it and shooting for the show starts in April. In this episode we find out who the red angel is….. Or do we? Or is the switcharoo a red herring. I guess we fill find out next week? Unfortunately Guy is here for another exposition episode instead of a more plot heavy episode. In this episode section 31 comes to hang out with Discovery to try to capture the red angel. They need to set a mousetrap where Michael is the bait to catch herself maybe? What do you think Red Angels like to drink? Jen the Klingon Pop Warrior joins Holly, Aaron, and David this week to discuss Project Daedalus this week’s episode of Star Trek Discovery. Jen brings us sad news that the Klingon Christmas Carol will not be playing at all this year. We also have some news about the Deep Space Nine documentary What We Left behind. Project Daedalus is the episode Holly was waiting for since this episode prominently features Airium. Unfortunately there are no Klingons in this episode two times having Jen on and no Klingons to talk about with her. We did record this episode on jolly old St. Patrick’s day so drinking and shenanigans are sure to ensue. It’s time to grab some more Guinness it’s time for your weekly shot of Star Trek.

The klingons are winning the war, the federation has lost one third of its fleet. So now in the federations most desperate hour it’s time to play mushroom farmville. Discovery needs it’s spores to go on an insane mission in next week’s season finale of Star Trek Discovery! Oh and uh Dude where’s my Red matter?
