Episode 379: Superman

This week we discuss the new Superman movie, the first James Gunn written and directed film of the reboot of the DCU.James Gunn comes out swinging with a fun and optimistic take on Superman not really seen since the Christopher Reeve Superman films. The film does us a favor by not being an origin film and it starts off with Superman and other meta humans being already established in this world. One stand out being Guy Gardner played by the great Nathan Fillion. Come join us as we share our thoughts on this Superman film and here’s hoping the DCU stays at least this good! Episode 32: Now it takes three to Tango!

As it turns out Section 31 let us go and declared the whole incident last week a misunderstanding. The Synthaholics were kept for a week with now sleep and only a single shot of liquor to make it through the long sleepless week! So Section 31 has given us permission to talk about the Star Trek Enterprise episode Cogenitor. In this weeks seemingly light hearted episode takes a deep turn when the Cogenitor sex is treated worse than a pet. Trip feels it is being mistreated and tries to help it learn but unfortunately this knowledge come with a high price! Plus the elusive Riker Scores makes its glorious come back! This podcast has been detained by invoking Article 14 Section 31 of the Starfleet Charter. The Synthaholics are in a high security holding site known only to Section 31.
